Cupping massage therapy

This is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. The suction and negative pressure provided by cupping can loosen muscles, encourage blood flow, and soothe the nervous system). Cupping is used to relieve back and neck pains, stiff muscles, anxiety, fatigue, migraines, rheumatism, and even cellulite.

Trigger Point Massage

A trigger point (or muscle knot) is a very tender area that is often isolated within a particular muscle group. These tender points may also refer pain to other parts of your body. Trigger point therapy helps eliminate pain, relieve tension and promote a better range of motion. This results-driven technique is best for addressing an injury or chronic pain as well as providing pain management solutions for people with beginning to advanced conditions.

Used for: Low back strain, sciatica, headache, migraine, osteoarthritis, tinnitus, temporomandibular joint pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, and sports injuries.

Reflexology

30min $39 // 50 min $59
Reflexology focuses primarily on the feet but is more than simple foot massage. It’s based on the theory that there are “reflex” areas on the feet and hands that correspond to particular parts of the body. By applying pressure to the areas, health is restored to the corresponding parts.
Used for: Stress, tension headaches, digestive disorders, arthritis, insomnia, hormonal imbalances, menstrual disorders, back pain, tired feet, and overall healing.

Hot stone massage

Anyone who is experiencing muscle tension and pain, insomnia, or stress may benefit from a hot stone massage
Hot stone massage is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply.
Hot Stone massage is not appropriate if you have diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, or are on medication that thins your blood. You should not get a hot stone massage if you are pregnant or have a sunburn.

bamboo sticks. Warmed smooth bamboo is integrated into a flowing Swedish
massage. Bamboo holds the heat longer than stones do. The bamboo sticks are
wrapped in a heating pad to warm them.

palpate, find tension, and dissolve knots and trigger points. They are used to
knead and stretch muscles and fascia in all directions.
